Doing these Hello Kitty Party Horns were quite easy and fun. All you do is purchase the plain dollar general party horns. You then get a template from online and then customize it to your theme. You then glue them and add some cute curling ribbons. Finally, you arrange them in a flower pot as a cute hello kitty bouquet. This design is such a cute display for your cake table!
