Hello Kitty Birthday Party for our Little Princess

Ok, so this was the birthday of our daugther's dreams!  Her name is Patty and she turned the big 3!  She absolutely adores Hello Kitty ~ so I figured I would make her dream come true!  LOL  Besides, what mom would not have fun doing this party?  :o)

It took me almost 2 1/2 months to pull this together.  It wasn't that bad, best of all, I had allot of fun.  Below is the list of items I designed and prepared for our daughter's HELLO KITTY 3rd birthday party.  All items were handmade by me and personalized with Hello Kitty theme and her name.

• adult menu, pink pickled eggs, chicken salad, shrimp rice with yogurt, pink salamis, stuffed mushroom shrimps, pink lady squares, veggies and champagne with raspberries for the mommies.

I know I am forgetting a couple of things, but the list pretty much lists all.  I also want to apologize for those who were expecting more food to eat.  I promise for Daniel's birthday, I will have allot more food for the adults!  yay!

I want to sincerely thank everyone who came to her special day!  It meant allot to her and to us.

Super Why Theme for a little girl's birthday

This weekend a cute little girl named "Ava Sophia" turned three years old!

She had a birthday wish of having a cute birthday theme of  "Super Why"!  Super Why have the most beautiful vibrant colors of red and purple for the little girl named Wonder Red and blue and green for the little boy named Wonder Why.  Her cake table was adorned with some cute cupcakes I whipped for her in the flavors of chocolate and vanilla.  I also designed some cute mini specialty cakes with her name on them.  Both the cupcakes and the cakes were adorned with some cake and cupcake toppers.  I also designed their cute goody bags which were personalized with each child's name.  Then the final touches of chocolate covered pretzels.  I hope everyone enjoyed the goodies and the little birthday girl, Ava Sophia, had a blast!! 

I threw in a couple sugar cookies and rice krispies goodies as my appreciation to her mommy Cindy for giving me the opportunity in making Ava's birthday super special.

Ideas and tips for planning a chic party!

When you think of chic, what comes to your mind?  Girly, sophistication, hot pink, pearls, champagne (maybe) and a touch of black?  Definitely!  Chic doesn't always mean big girls, it can also be for mommys to be, young girls and even a little princess.  But tonight we will focus on a big girls party ...  yay!  My favorite ..!

So if you have your birthday coming up soon, a baby shower, a bridal shower, or you just feel like having a girls night, why not do a chic party! 

Timing is very important.  If you want your event to come out successful, you need time to plan things out.  I can do everything for you!!!  Just give me a buzzzzzz ... I can design your invitations, centerpieces, favors, wall decorations and even do your treats!  Don't delay .. the more time you have in your hands, the more amazing your event will be!!

A party without favors is bland!

OK, how many times have you've been to a party and you as the mom totally get forgotten as a guest at the party?  Ok - moms, if you are planning a birthday party for your little one, please think of something special to give to the othe moms who will plan to be at your party.  It takes allot of effort for even planning in going to a birthday party, not to mention, going shopping for your little one, then taking that whole day off just so they can go to your little one's birthday party.  So, would you not agree that these lovely moms or dads deserve something to tell them Thank You?  The key here is not expensive or big, but rather something that says, Thank you.  It can be something small, that's ok.  I think what's more important is that you will give them something special where they would feel appreciated and perhaps look forward to attending your next birthday event.

You can give these moms, some chocolate treats or some candy mints.  I know most of us love chocolate, so who wouldn't indulge in some chocolate dipped marshmallows?  Or how about chocolate dipped pretzels?  Or how about some sugar cookies for their coffee?  I can make your these cute special favors with a special note saying "thank you for coming to Paty's birthday" or whatever message you wish to relay.  Check out my pages under Favors for more ideas.  Check out Shop under pages for prices.
